Clean all glassware and bar tools before using. Everything should be spotless and odorless.

Cold drinks stay colder when served in chilled glassware. (champagne should be served in cool, dry glassware)

Make your own simple syrup. Just add some sugar in boiling water, stir until it thickens. No more than 2 minutes to make.

Rub wax paper over the tip of bottles to prevent dripping.
